What it does on a call

• Answers every call, and says it is an automated host in its opening line.
• Takes a booking: date, time, name, and whatever else the call needs.
• Changes or cancels an existing booking.
• Offers the waitlist when you're fully booked, and rings back when a slot opens.
• Asks whether the caller may be texted, and sends nothing unless they say yes.

Text messages

Callers receive a booking confirmation, and a reminder before their appointment if the business has switched reminders on. Every message identifies the business and carries Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent only to a caller who agreed on the call.
