Masterclass US Corp. runs an AI phone host on behalf of businesses. When you call a business that uses it, you are speaking to that business's line and the agent says so in its opening words.

Text messages, consent, and opting out

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or messaging consent with anyone, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.

A caller is asked during the call whether they may be texted on the number they rang from. Nothing is sent unless they said yes: a call where the question was never reached counts as no, and is never treated as agreement. Messages are transactional — a booking confirmation, a change or cancellation, a reminder before the appointment, a waitlist opening, a deposit hold, or notice that a held slot has been released. Every one carries Reply STOP to opt out, and STOP is honoured immediately. Reply HELP for help — it is answered whether or not a message says so. Message and data rates may apply.

What is kept, and for how long

Call content — the transcript, the AI summary, and on some lines a recording — is deleted automatically after 90 days. Most lines store no audio at all; only where the calling platform behind a line requires keeping one is a recording made, and it is deleted on the same schedule.

Business records — the booking itself, or a message taken for the business — belong to the business and are kept as its own books. They are not deleted on a timer, because losing next week's work to a retention clock would be destroying the business's data to protect a caller's.

Asking to be removed

Ask the business, or write to us at mrejaj@gmail.com, and a caller's personal details are erased: name, number, what they said, and their transcripts. A booking keeps its date, time and other scheduling details so the business's own records still add up, and the name becomes [removed].

Who else sees it

The call is carried, transcribed and answered using third-party providers acting as processors on our instructions — telephony and messaging, speech recognition, a language model, and speech synthesis. They handle the call in order to deliver it. None of them is given the data to sell or to market to you.
